Job Description
We are a large growing Plumbing contractor in Dallas that works on many of Texass biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Texass best and brightest Plumbing Detailers in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator.
- Generate Manage and log: RFIs submittals and drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers Spoolers Foreman on active project.
- Review: Contract documents local code requirements and construction drawings.
- Report and Communicate with Clients Building Owners Architects Engineers and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Local to Texas
- Stable work history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5 years of experience as Plumbing Detailing Apprentice Journeyman and Foreman.
- Knowledge required: Texas Mechanical and Plumbing Codes/ASPE and industry standards
- Computer skills with: AutoCAD Autodesk Revit BlueBeam Naviswork and Microsoft word/Excel.
