Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our apartment communityBlue at Eastline in Tempe AZ!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- Theability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment plumbing systems electrical systems major appliances pool and spa equipment and other systems in operation at the community
