Job Summary
Immediate 1st Shift Maintenance Job available in Denver!
Interview and start ASAP!
Pay: Up to $30/hr!
Schedule: Mon - Friday 8:00 to 4:30 with the understanding of on call 24/7 for emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical electrical and HVAC systems.
-Operate and maintain HVAC plumbing electrical distribution and building systems.
-Conduct facility inspections and report findings with suggested corrective actions.
-Maintain and troubleshoot building automation and life safety systems.
-Respond promptly and effectively to building emergencies.
-Prepare summary reports on work performed and facility conditions.
Required
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
- Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required.
