You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMIM Boston Trading desk is looking for Two junior equity traders sought to join a dynamic global team with a primary focus of US markets trading equities ETFs and equity derivatives in direct support of global portfolio management teams. The traders primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to delivering best execution trading cash index futures or other related investment roles will be reporting to the global had of equity trading located in Boston.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage commission allocations to the street in accordance with commission targets determined by quarterly PM research votes
Be actively involved in managing and disseminating IPO and secondary placement details while properly communicating internal participation requirements and needs.
An adherence to the processes & procedures of the Equity Investment Handbook will be required daily while working with various internal teams i.e. compliances middle office settlements as well the cash team.
Candidates will be expected to monitor market movements providing updates to the portfolio management team proactively and upon request.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of equity trading experience or comparable related candidates will work closely with two senior equity traders on the Boston desk while also collaborating with a dynamic global trading team.
Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment receptive to feedback and keen to acquire new skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
Experience in Bloomberg AIM and the Aladdin OMS as well as Bloomberg EMSX or comparable systems would be highly desirable.
Knowledge of Abel Noser TC Analytics use of electronic ECNs and some knowledge of algorithmic execution strategies and capabilities would be a plus.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary range is expected to be between
$129000.00 USD - $218000.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
