Job Description
HVAC TI Estimator/Assistant Project Manager - Orange County CA
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors
- Build accurate and winning quotes/Estimates for upcoming projects
- Make sales calls on existing and new clients
- Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work)
- Assist Senior Project Managers from concept to turn-key.
- Calculate ROI & analyze energy models
- Manage schedule billings and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget
Requirements:
- 6 years of HVAC PM/Estimating and/or Sales experience
- Familiar with California Building Codes
- Knowledge of Timberline MS Excel BlueBeam Quickpen
- Local
- Stable work-history
