0.425 FTE Intermediate French Prep Teacher
Temporary: September 1 2025 June 30 2026
Qualifications:
- BC Certification
- Bachelor of Education in Elementary
- Undergraduate degree with post-secondary course work in French is preferred
- Previous successful experience teaching French at the intermediate level is preferred
- Demonstrated current knowledge of the renewed curriculum including the learning outcomes and appropriate resources is essential
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of instructional and assessment strategies is essential
- Demonstrated ability to integrate appropriate technologies into educational programs
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers in similar grades
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60337 to $111450 with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
