Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an Account Executive for our Direct Sales team to help drive sales of our ready-to-use cloud solutions. This role focuses on winning new customers through sales pitches (all leads are pre-generated and pre-qualified no cold calling required) and live prouct demonstrations. Additionally this role collaborates with the Account Managers to identify and execute add-on sales opportunities as well as re-engage and recover lapsed customer contracts.
This is a hybrid work schedule out of our Beacon NY office.
Drive direct sales to end customers (prescriptive selling) via phone and web meetings leveraging:
Engaging presentation skills
Live product demonstrations
SPIN questioning techniques to uncover needs and build value
Configure simple solutions for demonstration purposes
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records in the CRM system
Prepare detailed and competitive proposals for complex solutions
Develop and maintain a reliable sales forecast
Conduct planning and strategy discussions with customers
Provide independent customer support in collaboration with the Account Manager
Assist in re-engaging and recovering terminated contracts
Develop and compile customer success stories and references
Plan and coordinate targeted marketing activities
Represent the company at trade fairs conferences and other events including delivering presentations
Prepare and submit responses to RFIs / RFPs as required
What you need to succeed
Proven SaaS Sales Success 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in direct consultative sales; skilled in virtual selling live demos and discovery using methodologies like SPIN Challenger or MEDDIC.
Technical & Business AcumenBachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience) with strong understanding of SaaS concepts CRM systems (e.g.Dynamics 365) and key sales metrics (LeadsOppsClosed/Won Deals).
Customer-Centric Approach Adept at building relationships across SMB and mid-market segments engaging C-level decision makers and aligning solutions to business needs while collaborating closely with marketing and account management teams.
High communication skills especially with representatives of corporate management; excellent presentation skills and very high ability to argue ability to analyse business processes and find individual solutions
Good IT understanding of general relationships
Ability to work conceptually systematically and on ones own responsibility
Strong personality competent appearance
High motivation self-motivation and team spirit
Cooperation and willingness to cooperate.
Willingness to go on occasional business trips
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
What we can offer
$75000 base plus commission no cap on compensation however OTE is expected between $100000 to $125000
Standard 40 hours work week Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
