Job Description
EASTCONN is acceping applications for a part-time evening online GED instructorthrough our Community Learning Center in Wilimantic. Class will be held from 5:30 to 8 PM Monday and Wednesday. Flexibility to work at multiple sites is preferred.
The successful candidate will assist in developing curriculum have an understanding of the CCRS have the ability to differentiate instruction integrate technology into the class experience and be a team player.
The successful applicant must possess the ability to teach in a positive and supportive manner to a multiracial multicultural and multilevel group of participants.
Required: Bachelors Degree in education or related field and certified or certifiable in CT Adult Education (#107). Prior experience teaching GED is preferred.
