Job Description
Our client is a regional commercial contractor specializing in fast-turn retail and distribution buildouts across the Mid-Atlantic. With lean field teams aggressive schedules and project values from $500K to $20M they maintain a steady pipeline that keeps superintendents busy year-round.
Theyre seeking a travel-ready Construction Superintendent to oversee field execution from mobilization to closeout across projects in VA MD PA DE NJ and NY. This is a hands-on leadership position with clear ownership in the field and direct impact on project delivery based out of Curtis Bay Industrial MD area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site activities for retail and distribution projects valued $500K$20M
- Plan sequence and coordinate work with subcontractors and inspectors
- Maintain and drive the construction schedule from start to completion
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Serve as the primary field liaison for project managers clients and regulatory authorities
- Supervise and support a small internal crew (12 team members)
- Maintain accurate documentation: daily logs punch lists RFIs closeout packages
Qualifications:
- 2 years as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- PMP certification and OSHA 30 certification required
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-trade subcontractors and inspections on active sites
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Mid-Atlantic
