Our client a small public practice firm located downtown Toronto is looking for a motivated Staff/Senior Accountant to join their team.
Job responsibilities include:
- Preparation of corporate tax returns (T2) personal tax returns (T1) trust tax returns (T3)
- Preparation and completion of compilation engagements
- Corresponding with CRA and clients
They are looking for a dedicated individual with strong communication skills who has 2-5 years experience in public practice and is either working towards their CPA designation or is already designated.
Individuals with experience in compilation engagements and tax as well as those that have experience with CaseWare and TaxPrep are preferred.
The role will be in-office during busy season from January - June with hybrid options from July - December.
