We currently have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for a person who is interested in learning about the outpatient physical therapy field to serve as a OFFICE ASSISTANT/PHYSICAL THERAPY TECHNICIAN on a part-time basis in OSKALOOSA IA.
This position is a part-time hourly position. Hours would be approximately 20-30 hours per week but this could change on a week-to-week basis.
Job responsibilities are varied and may include the following:
- Assisting the Care Coordinator at the front desk with office tasks (i.e. document management interacting with clients in person and on the phone taking payments etc.)
- Cleaning floors by vacuuming and mopping cleaning sinks and toilets cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces including windows and therapy equipment
- Performing laundry and cleaning tasks including changing out treatment rooms between client visits
- Other tasks as required
Appropriate candidates will have a high school or higher education proficient in written and oral communication strong technological skills and can work independently and collaboratively. Must be trustworthy with confidential information and demonstrate grace and composure in all situations.
Candidates must be dependable and have a strong work ethic friendly with good interpersonal skills that shine in person and on the phone. This position is perfect for a person who lives in or near Oskaloosa has a flexible schedule is detail-oriented enjoys cleaning and desires to help people as part of a cohesive team.
