Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities state hospitals and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking afull-time Reporting Analyst tojoin our HR team. Salary starting at $85000 depending on years of experience.
The Reporting Analyst isresponsible for supporting operational and clinical contract requirements via data pipeline development and maintenance report building and dashboard creation.
- Collect Data and compile reports (Power BI/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Prepare narrative report graphs and charts
- Use computers for spreadsheet word processing database management and other applications
- Follow designated chain of command for resolution of issues
- Attend all staff meetings and in-service education programs as required
- Ensure compliance with all facility and Company policies Federal and State laws regulations and guidelines including HIPAA
- Coordinate care closely with security staff while maintaining a positive collaborative relationship
- Maintain ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of a correctional environment Understand and adhere to safety and security rules and regulations of the institution
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in data analytics informatics public health nursing or a behavioral/mental health discipline (Masters Degree Preferred).
- 3 years of progressive relevant experience
- 3 years SQL R and/or Python experience
- 3 years BI Software experience (Tableau Power BI Qlik etc.)
