Job Description Summary
The Safe Ride program operates Monday- Saturday during the evening hours. Duties include answering phones recording information assisting the driver with navigation assisting in the safe loading/unloading of the vehicle and relaying information over a two-way radio. Must help in providing a safe environment filing and data entry. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Must be able to learn new processes. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong decision-making ability. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of the campus and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Ability to provide assistance to passengers on boarding and off-boarding as needed. Must be punctual and have the ability to work late hours. Ability to follow directions. Answering phones filing data entry and relaying directions to Drivers/Navigators via a two-way radio. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Basic office skills including computer skills and organization skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills and have good attention to detail. Must be able to learn new processes

Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively. Must be able to work one or more of the following shifts: Monday-Wednesday 7:30PM 1230AM Thursday 7:30PM 2:00AM FridaySaturday 7:30PM 2:30AM
