Job Description
Regional Director/Principal PE position in Sunnyvale CA
We are a large growing MEP Design Engineering company that specializes in commercial engineering and design projects throughout California. We have expertise in LEED/Green projects and a vast array of projects in Healthcare (OSHPD) Commercial Education among others.
Responsibilities:
- Win large upcoming engineering projects
- Lead and provide assistance Associates and Project Managers for current and upcoming projects
- Identify and hire the best Engineers Project Managers and Designers for future new hires
- Monitor office budget marketing and profitability
- Review employee utilization and productivity
Requirements:
- 10 years in Senior Management for Engineering Group
- 20 years of prior Engineering Project Management
- PE License
- Bachelors or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- LEED Certification
- Extensive Electrical knowledge and experience
