These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In ServiceNow consulting at PwC you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

Minimum Degree(s):
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Applications/
.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience on the Servicenow
tool as application developer.
Certification(s) preferred:
ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist.
ServiceNow certified Application Developer.
Knowledge Required:
Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
Understands technical and functional design requirements related
to ServiceNow.
Create and manage scripts and workflow.
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL Oracle)
Experience with Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions and
Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs VPN SSL
and other such technologies.
Fundamental understanding of GRC would be a great advantage.
Hands-on experience of JavaScript is required.
Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client
stakeholders.
