ABOUT THE ROLE
As the US Tax Manager you will be playing a key role within Fevers Tax practice working closely with the Head of Tax and rest of the team helping with the global tax complianceandtax strategyof the Group.
You will be expected to demonstrateownership and proactivitygetting things done in the tax area of aglobal high-growth business.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate and review theindirect and direct tax complianceprocesses in all relevant jurisdictions
- Research and analyse specific indirect and direct taxation matter and provide tailored advice
- Identify risksand potential tax planning opportunities
- Determineuncertain tax exposuresand manage appropriate taxation provisioning
- Assist in thepreparation of transfer pricing documentation intercompany agreements and draft policies governing intercompany transactions
- Collaboratewith third-party service providers as required
- Work with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensureadequate knowledgeandapplicationoftaxation laws
- Supportall indirect and directtax audits/ inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
- Preparation of applicationsfor taxation rulings tax incentives and tax exemptions where available
- Provision of adviceto senior management on taxation risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions
- Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will:
- At least 5 years of relevant senior experience in taxation gained in practice or industry
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Tax
- International experience is a big plus
- Finance oriented
- Proventax knowledge and familiar with working withUnited States
- Proficient Excel user
- You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
- FluentEnglish. Other languages are a plus
