About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Employment Support Consultants across the Monash region ensuring operational excellence staff engagement and the achievement of key performance targets. This pivotal role blends people leadership with hands-on operational support stepping in to cover frontline roles when required and driving quality service delivery for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and support team members to achieve individual and organisational KPIs.
  • Maintain operational consistency across multiple sites stepping in to provide relief for frontline roles as needed.
  • Oversee site compliance service quality and reporting requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with employers community organisations and service partners.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Promote staff engagement well-being and professional development.
  • Drive community engagement activities and foster school employer and stakeholder partnerships.

About You:

You are a motivated leader with a strong track record in team management and service delivery. You thrive in a fast-paced people-focused environment and can balance strategic oversight with practical hands-on support. You bring excellent communication skills cultural competence and a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

Selection Criteria:

  • Min 2 years experience leading teams or programs ideally within employment disability or community services.
  • Relevant qualification in Community Services Employment Services Disability Support or similar (Cert IV or above) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong coaching mentoring and team-building skills.
  • Ability to manage performance compliance and quality standards across multiple sites.
  • Current drivers licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).

Desirable:

  • Degree in business administration marketing communications or a related field.
