Job Description
Seeking a Sales Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in San Bruno California.
This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental 401K and cell phone reimbursement!
Salary is $70000 per year (plus performance based bonus/commission)
The New Home Sales Associate supports the sales process for new homes in Northern California. This role involves working with a team and ensuring positive customer experiences from first inquiry to closing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local housing trends strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
Responsibilities:
- Support a high-performance culture and achieve sales targets.
- Support the client journey from initial contact to closing.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing construction design and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.
- Maintain market intelligence and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the organization at local events and build relationships.
- Address and resolve buyer concerns.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in new home sales or a related field.
- Current California Real Estate License preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning time management and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
