Job Description

DIVIETO Ristorante Group is a premier dining brand recognized for blending authentic Italian culinary traditions with a modern twist. As we continue to expand our footprint we are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to help strengthen our brand presence engage our community and drive measurable growth through compelling digital storytelling.

Position Overview

The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning implementing and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity analytical thinking and strategic vision to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience showcase our brand values and ultimately increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with DIVIETO Ristorante Groups marketing and brand objectives.

Identify target audiences content themes and platform-specific approaches for maximum reach and engagement.

Create an annual and quarterly social media calendar integrating promotions events menu launches and seasonal campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging high-quality content (images videos graphics and copy).

Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram Facebook TikTok X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.

Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments messages and reviews promptly and professionally.

Build authentic relationships with followers influencers and brand advocates.

Encourage user-generated content and develop initiatives to promote customer interaction.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (engagement reach conversions etc.) and provide detailed monthly reports.

Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve future strategies.

Stay updated on emerging trends platform updates and competitor activities.

Collaboration & Campaigns

Partner with internal teams to align social media with overall marketing efforts.

Manage influencer and brand partnership campaigns from outreach to execution.

Support the promotion of in-store events special menus and limited-time offers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be a U.S. resident with a valid U.S. Government-issued ID and authorization to work in the United States.

Proven experience (3 years preferred) in social media strategy digital marketing or brand management.

Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

Proficiency in social media platforms content scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Later) and analytics tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.

Knowledge of current trends best practices and algorithms for each platform.

Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Experience in the hospitality food & beverage or restaurant industry is a plus.
