Job Description
MS Support HighJump / Krber L1/L2
Contract
Onsite Mooresville IN
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for HighJump (Krber) Warehouse Management Systems
-
Work directly with warehouse operations to ensure smooth system performance and troubleshoot issues
-
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement fixes enhancements and configurations
-
Maintain and optimize Page Editor Advantage Architect workflows and SQL Server stored procedures
-
Support and maintain integrations between HighJump and WCS WES OMS and ERP systems
-
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and related SQL Server artifacts
-
Work with REST/SOAP APIs messaging/event brokers and flat file integrations
-
Perform SQL Server administration including version upgrades
-
Provide technical and functional expertise on warehouse processes for both retail and wholesale environments

Develop and troubleshoot C# (and Java if applicable) customizations
Required Skills and Experience:
-
6 to 9 years of experience in WMS support with strong knowledge of retail and wholesale warehouse processes
-
In-depth understanding of functional capabilities and technical configuration of HighJump / Krber
-
Expert-level SQL programming and strong MS SQL Server experience
-
Experience with REST/SOAP messaging/event brokers and flat file integration methods
-
Proficient in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

Proficient in C#; Java experience is a plus

Strong communication problem-solving and customer service skills
