Your Mission

• Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts.
• Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up.
• Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers.
• Manage your pipeline like a profollow up follow through and never let a deal slip.
• Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.

Compensation- $75000 $150000 at plan earnings top performers can exceed this range.
