Be a proactive change agent in the facility and provide support and direction to team members
Lead motivate and facilitate learning to achieve productivity results improve individual skills enhance teamwork ensure compliance with safety quality production and sanitation requirements
Function as technical and business resource in the areas of system operations and work towards continuous improvements in performance measures by leading actions and establishing/sustaining effective relationships
Coach team members to deliver continuous improvements in the areas of safety food safety quality COGS manufacturer customer service and team member development
Write and conduct performance reviews
Responsible for the performance productivity and efficient utilization of resources
Create an environment that ensures team member involvement and implementation of programs ideas and guidelines
Interact with the USDA and suppliers
Encourage cross-training and team member growth
Lead effective daily team meetings
Lead the evaluation of team members and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance team development
Lead staffing needs of lines and maintain budgeted resources to maximize line output and lowest cost production results
Evaluate coach and guide team members in need of development and lead a progressive disciplinary process as needed
Ensure completion of daily production performance reports and shift paperwork
Create and promote a team environment coach through conflict and resolve current issues
2nd Shift 2:00 pm 11:00 pm; overtime expected and required
Qualifications:
Associate degree; BS/BA strongly preferred
1-3 years experience in a leadership supervisory or coaching role
2 years harvest facility experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
$3K Bonus
