GR0 is seeking an exceptional Director TikTok Shop to help lead our growing team of TikTok Shop experts and drive results for our diverse roster of clients.
This person is a natural leader and expert communicator who is happy to foster a growing team while ensuring client success and identifying opportunities for continued growth of the TikTok Shop department!
What youll do:
Build a best-in-class TikTok Shop team and product.
Develop the foundational strategy as well as lead the tactical execution and management of GR0s TikTok Shop marketing department.
Manage the business development process of the TikTok Shop department to ensure rapid scale of revenue.
Oversee the management and training of all members of the TikTok Shop team.
Be an expert in the TikTok Shop marketing space and industry best practices in order to better explain and communicate that information to clients specifically around GR0s implementation of these services.
Plan implement and report on comprehensive TikTok Shop marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
Act as a primary point of contact throughout the customer journey through a combination of email slack and video calls helping to address customer concerns solve problems and remove obstacles to customer success.
Work cross-functionally with GRO teams on strategy opportunities and optimizations.
Forecast website traffic sales and CAC based on campaigns and their associated budgets.
Identify market trends and areas of opportunities for growth across TikTok Shop programs.
Track programs success and regularly analyze data and metrics to improve performance and enhance efficiency.
Own all outcomes and prioritize efforts to focus on delivering optimal results within expected timeframes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
10% monthly GMV growth for each shop (unique client)
What youll bring:
2 years of partnership/TikTok Shop program management experience (agency or network).
Affiliate marketing background a plus!
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships based on trust and takes an active approach to recruitment.
An understanding of customer lifetime value and how to optimize towards profits based on client margins.

You enjoy meeting with clients and discussing results with them and can reassure them when KPIs are below their goals.
You are experimental and highly analytical and very comfortable using data to drive your decisions.
You are passionate about working across various industries and helping small and medium businesses scale their sales and digital presence.
Physical Requirements:
This is a hybrid office position based in Los Angeles CA. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite with cross-functional leaders and contributing to a highly collaborative environment.

Expect a mix of technical and high-level questions focused on how youve driven sales growth optimized storefront performance managed teams and collaborated across marketing creative and operations. Its also a great opportunity to ask questions about the role team structure and GR0s vision for TikTok Shop moving forward.
Stage 3 (Executive Team Interview) -In this stage youll meet with members of our executive team for a conversation centered around culture and team alignment. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your technical skill set and understand how you would contribute to and thrive within our company culture.
