DUTIES: Expertise in implementing Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud to support system implementation at Ichor. Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle to include requirements gathering & analysis system design & development testing and implementation. Plan lead and actively participate in design configuration and testing of Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing modules of Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud. Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment. Be In a position to understand and define controls in the system from a solution and segregation of duties. Develop and identify reports to support business analysis. Make recommendations to management on system development and enhancement. Work independently with minimal supervision. Train users on system functionality. Must appear in office 3 days per week; WFH permissible 2 days per week. 15% of time spent traveling Domestically and Internationally.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Management Computer Science Information Technology or related field and eight (8) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Information Technology or in the related role or job offered.
SKILLS: Experience and/or education must include the following:
1. Translate business objectives from business stakeholders into clearly written business requirements by utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP modules;
2. Evaluate Oracle Cloud ERP systems to identify points of improvement in the areas of demand planning supply planning Global Order Promising and Manufacturing;
3. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop business solutions to streamline and automate processes using Oracle Cloud ERP;
continuous process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency and user experience by utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP modules;
with Oracle Cloud OTBI to develop ad-hoc reporting and optimize out-of-the box reporting to support business requirements;
critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management modules.
