WHAT IS THE ROLE
To besuccessful as an Event Success Specialist for the Electric Shuffle Team you will beresponsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Give a friendly and positive impression
- Learn & utilize our client communication systems (experience with Tripleseat SevenRooms Microsoft Teams and ZenDesk a plus)
- Promptly & courteously address guest inquiries via phone and email
- Effectively liaise between Sales and Operations
- Deliver friendly and well-informed service to each client ensuring world-class guest experience
- Coordinate with guests to finalize the details of their events and collect payment
- Follow-up post-event with the final invoice and feedback survey
- Support Reservations Team and venues by answering calls from the main lines and emails
- Efficiently coordinate pre-ordered food & beverage for reservations to maximize guest experience and make service more efficient
- Hybrid office/remote in the Dallas area
