System Operations Coordinator

AS the System Operations Coordinator position you will be responsible for the coordination and management of the agencys policies and operating procedures to include ensuring maintenance of the review flow and assisting in the dissemination of policy updates. Part of Quality Operations your role is involved in accreditation audits and quality improvement initiatives with a keen sense of external and internal customer service. Focused on a broad perspective of both business and clinical functions and processes this position works in concert with an ability to discern and identify standardizations within policies and procedures
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in health administration or health-related field communications operations quality assurance or management
Substitutions: Work experience may be substituted for education where appropriate and where work history demonstrates a deep knowledge of quality principles and project management.
Years Experience: 2 years
Defined Experience: Data analysis quality management process improvement contract monitoring contract oversight work experience in behavioral health or program operations.
