Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule:

M-F 8:30am - 5pm plus one Saturday every 4-6 weeks from 10am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address Thank You cards to customers for full house selections
• Other showroom administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Plumbing lighting and appliances industry experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word Excel Powerpoint and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
