What will you be doing
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone email or chat
- Handle account queries product troubleshooting and service questions
- Deliver a positive and solution-oriented customer experience
- Follow company guidelines and meet performance KPIs
- Work as part of a friendly and dynamic international team
What do we need from you
- German at a C2 level
- English B2 for internal communication
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
- Motivation to grow in a customer-focused career
- EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
