JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Marketing Manager is an advanced-level marketing practitioner with significant exposure to events and activations trade and field marketing marketing communications and marketing operations.
He or she supervises the Marketing Support personnel to provide efficient support to his/her territory Project Development and Sales teams. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing implementing marketing strategies and campaigning programs to drive sales in his/her assigned territory.
The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills be data-driven have strong project management skills and possess a creative mindset. Moreover having a keen eye for detail and being able to juggle between multiple tasks setting priorities and deadlines is essential to ensure that mandatory deliverables are timely accomplished.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Business Marketing Operations and Market Strategy
1. Develops and drives effective marketing activities for the following objectives:
a. Attains target sales results
Ensures consumer engagement in each step of the sales funnel
b. Puts in place localized engagement measures to Improve regional Share of Voice
c. Delivers full slew of within brand standard project merch for Increased project visibility
2. Collaborates with PR Manager for Regional & Territory publicity
3. Undertakes homeowner / community engagement initiatives
4. Ensures the territorys compliance with brand standard marketing materials and delivery
of sales teams selling tools and requirements
5. Manages assigned territorys marketing budget gathers cost estimates from suppliers
supervises spending and monitors expenses against yearly budget
6. Ensures the smooth implementation of various on-strat on-ground activities and initiatives
7. Manages territory digital marketing efforts through various platforms that maximize reach with the goal of increasing sales conversion
8. Keeps and ensures accurate inventory of all marketing assets and collaterals i.e. budget exhibit modules showroom marketing collaterals etc.
9. Collaborates with Project Development Territory Marketing Support personnel and sales teams to deliver sales targets and ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
10. Conducts regular market research to understand customer need and preferences in assigned territory. Stays up to date with market trends and competition through competitive scan and other related studies to provide market intelligence in support of the business.
Marketing Team Leadership
1. Leads / collaborates with the MSS/A in conceptualizing organizing and implementing marketing and sales generating events including community engagement initiatives per territory assignment
2. Puts in place an efficient monthly reporting and monitoring system for the territory monthly activities i.e. marketing activations / event calendars budget memo status and updates post-mortem reports competitive scans payments and liquidations etc.
3. Builds good working relationships with territory partners vendors and suppliers to support the marketing activities.
People Management
1. Carries out supervisory responsibilities (planning assigning delegating tasks) in accordance with the organizations policies which may include recruiting interviewing hiring attendance monitoring and training marketing staff
2. Reports complaints and recommends resolutions to issues / concerns
3. Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time
