Job Responsibilities:
- To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for the products marketing sales activities and on-site support activities.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market.
- Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
- Actively participate tenders and BQs.
- To support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
- Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meeting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects developers contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend customer complaint and resolve the complaint with professional response.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in engineering (mechanical electrical or related field) is preferred.
- Min 3 - 5 years experience in lift industries.
- Strong verbal written negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys success.
- Willingness to travel
- Good time management
