When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Learning and Development team you will design and deliver innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. As a Senior Associate you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets diverse learner needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content
- Confirm training materials meet diverse learner needs and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements
- Provide support and guidance to participants during training sessions

What You Must Have
- Masters Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Masters Degree in English Literature Mass Communication English Education or Instructional Design
- Proficiency in instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM
- Designing for CPE learning with NASBA compliance knowledge
- Utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Captivate
- Analyzing data to enhance learning outcomes
- Coordinating projects and engaging stakeholders effectively
- Adapting to fast-paced matrixed environments
- Creating accessibility-compliant content
- Staying updated with latest learning trends
