Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment
- Drive strategic program management across a range of large-scale SAP S/4 Hana BRIM Implementation projects.
- Align projects and programs with the overall strategic objectives of the organization
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the portfolio of BRIM projects to optimize resource allocation
- Governance and Standards
- Implement consistent methodologies for SAP BRIM projects ensuring successful delivery in terms of time cost and quality.
- Implement best practices in program and project management specific to SAP BRIM.
- Resource Management
- Optimize the allocation of resources across SAP BRIM projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Forecast resource needs and plan for skill development within the project teams.
- Project Oversight
- Implement systems for monitoring project progress in SAP BRIM and generating regular reports for stakeholders
- Oversee the identification analysis and management of project issues and risks specific to BRIM.
- Project Methodologies
- Choose and implement appropriate project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) based on SAP BRIM project requirements
- Provide training and guidance on project management methodologies to project managers and teams focused on SAP BRIM.
- Performance Metrics
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and performance of SAP BRIM projects.
- Conduct benchmarking against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about SAP BRIM project progress changes and challenges.
- Provide concise and relevant updates to executive leadership on SAP BRIM initiatives..
- Continuous Improvement
- Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from project teams to identify areas for improvement in SAP BRIM processes.
- Continuously optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for BRIM.
- Training and Development
- Identify skill gaps within project teams specifically related to SAP BRIM and implement training programs to address them.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members focused on SAP BRIM.
- People Management
- Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment selection and onboarding of SAP BRIM specialists.
- Lead teams to create a vision coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of trust diverse perspectives creativity and innovation. Additionally shape broader decisions on talent strategy and talent development

This individual must be an enabler and mission led and have the viewpoint and experience to work with other leaders in our business in ensuring effective operation of the model.
The role of a SAP BRIM Director is pivotal in ensuring that an organizations SAP BRIM projects and initiatives are executed successfully aligned with strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success. The manager must possess a diverse set of skills from leadership and communication to project management expertise and adaptability. By navigating challenges and implementing project management best practices in SAP BRIM project management he/she can play a transformative role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organizations project management processes related to SAP BRIM ultimately contributing to its long-term success.
Professional and Educational Background:
- 20 years experience with strong background in SAP BRIM implementation focusing mainly on CI/FI-CA and Delivery Management
- Demonstrate thought leadership in driving SAP BRIM program strategy planning execution and delivery ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Technology or related field.
- Experience on program management tools like MS Project JIRA. ADO etc
- Project Management certifications like PMP SAP Activate or SAFE Agile is good to have.
