Love pubs Mad about great food Brilliant with people Know how to run a slick shift without losing your cool (or your pen) Then you might be just the Supervisor were looking for to join our buzzing pub in Wimbledon where we pour pints serve up cracking dishes host epic weddings and events and even have a cosy hotel upstairs for guests who fancy sticking around.
Whats the GigWere on the hunt for a hands-on upbeat sleeves-rolled-up kind of Supervisor who can help us keep everything running smoothly from a packed Friday night dinner service to a 100-guest wedding with champagne and canaps. Youll lead the front-of-house team support service across the bar restaurant and events and make sure every guest has a top-tier experience whether theyre here for a burger a beer or a big day out.
What Youll Be Doing:Leading shifts and keeping the vibe just right
Overseeing bar and restaurant service with a big focus on quality food
Supporting weddings private parties and all kinds of events
Making sure guests are happy and service is seamless
Training and motivating the team so everyones bringing their A-game
Managing stock cash handling and other day-to-day bits and bobs
A natural host with a love for food drink and great hospitality
Experienced in busy pubs restaurants or events (bonus if youve run shifts)
Cool under pressure especially when the steaks medium rare and the grooms missing
Big on teamwork service standards and creating a warm welcoming atmosphere
Flexible evenings weekends and event days are all part of the fun
