About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Credit Controller who can also provide administrative support to our Buyer. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing debtor accounts ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records while assisting with purchasing-related admin as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage debtor accounts ensuring timely collection of payments
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
Liaise with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
Maintain accurate credit control records and reports
Provide administrative support to the Buyer including order tracking and supplier correspondence
Assist with data entry filing and other finance-related tasks
Requirements
Willingness to work on Saturdays
Strong numerical literacy and financial acumen
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
High energy levels and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A collaborative team player
Previous experience in credit control (FMCG experience advantageous)
