Remote opportunity: candidates must reside in Florida with a valid drivers license for travel to client locations and in the field supporting team as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive Sales Manager to lead a team of solutions/consultative sales executives dedicated to addressing our clients business this role you will guide your team in offering relevant and compelling solutions including software hardware software as a service (SAAS) subscription services and professional services. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a diverse and inclusive sales approach.

  • Lead and mentor a consultative sales team to solve client challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales environment.
  • Oversee recruiting training and retaining top sales talent.
  • Manage and support complex solution sales.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) effectively.

Your Profile

  • 5 years experience leading and supporting complex solution sales along with managing an outside sales team.
  • Proven track record of sales success demonstrating an inclusive approach.
  • Prior experience in business impact selling skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven recruiting and retention abilities.

This position has a target base salary of:

$83000.00

and annual commission target of:

$173000.00
