• Operating torch and brazing rod to fuse winding connections creating strong permanent and electrically conductive bonds between wires and cables.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
• This job requires strong communication interpersonal and team building skills to support site objectives. Production operators will be trained to perform task/jobs in other areas of production.
• Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines along with reporting safety issues.
• Working overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 Year of Industrial type experience or military service or in lieu of industrial experience will consider vocational/ technical high school and technical college courses.
• Candidates must have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the United States.
