Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Assistant Facility Health Administrator:
- Supervise and coach managers
- Assist with completion of annual performance evaluations
- Assist with recruiting efforts
- Ensure staffing schedules are maintained
- Assist with directing activities of healthcare staff
- Make clinical rounds
- Assist in Maintaining theoverall administrative responsibility within the facility.
- Reviews and analyzes budgeting and financial reports for the facility and develops corrective action plan as needed. Provides insight behind the numbers assist direct reports with understanding budgeting planning and forecasting consistent with the contract financial plan.
Qualifications
Qualifications for Assistant Facility Health Administrator:
- Active unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse inAZ
- Bachelors in nursing preferred
- Active CPR
- Progressive administrative/management trainingin a healthcare setting preferred
