ROLE SUMMARY:
The Total Rewards Auditing Systems and Reporting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and effectiveness of Total Rewards programs through robust auditing practices system optimization and data-driven reporting. This role supports the Compensation and Benefits teams by maintaining system functionality conducting audits and delivering actionable insights that drive compliance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and enhance Total Rewards systems and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits of Total Rewards data transactions and system configurations to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory standards.
  • Generate and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports to support Compensation Benefits and broader People Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and streamline system workflows.
  • Support system upgrades testing and implementation of new Total Rewards technologies and enhancements.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Ensure timely execution of Total Rewards transactions system feeds and vendor integrations.
  • Document audit procedures findings and remediation efforts to support compliance and continuous improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Total Rewards HR systems auditing or reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP) and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting audits and implementing data quality improvements.
  • Familiarity with system configuration testing and implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
