HR Rewards Leader - North America
Location: Westlake TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Make an Impact in Total Rewards Leadership
Were looking for a dynamic HR leader to shape and drive the total rewards strategy for our U.S. and Canadian operations. This is a high-visibility role overseeing benefits payroll compensation and HR systems with a focus on creating seamless processes improving employee engagement tools and ensuring operational excellence.

If youre passionate about delivering innovative HR solutions influencing at all levels and creating exceptional employee experiences this role offers you the platform to lead and excel.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Benefits Strategy:Design administer and communicate competitive U.S. and Canadian benefit programs including health dental life leave management and retirement plans.
  • Oversee Payroll Operations:Manage payroll teams across both countries resolve escalations and ensure compliance with tax regulations workers compensation and finance reconciliations.
  • Drive Retirement Planning Excellence:Chair the 401(k) and Retirement Savings Committee conducting quarterly reviews optimizing vendor relationships and improving program offerings.
  • Be the HRIS Champion:Serve as the Workday and ADP expert maintaining data accuracy optimizing functionality and managing vendor API integrations.
  • Lead Compensation Initiatives:Oversee salary planning market benchmarking and vendor connectivity enhancements.
  • Own HR Data & Reporting:Deliver accurate analytics dashboards and custom reports to support strategy compliance and executive decision-making.
  • Shape Job Classification:Collaborate with leadership to refine job structures aligning them with global frameworks and business needs.
  • Support Strategic Planning:Partner with HR finance and legal to manage budgets headcount costing and total rewards strategies.

What You Bring

  • Experience:7 years in benefits and payroll leadership with deep knowledge of working with brokers and navigating U.S. and Canadian regulations.
  • Technical Expertise:Advanced Workday skills (cross-module functionality & vendor integrations) and strong data analytics capabilities in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business HR or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Leadership Skills:Exceptional communicator with a people-first mindset strong relationship-building abilities and proven influence at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:Skilled at resolving complex issues and driving continuous process improvement.
