Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)
- Active Physical Therapy License in Connecticut (preferred; must be obtained prior to start)

CPR Certification (preferred)
- Specialization in Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine or Sports Medicine a plus

Ability to commute or relocate to New London CT before start date
