Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering personalized care utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology and growing professionally in a supportive team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.
  • Implement therapy programs using advanced rehabilitation tools and techniques.

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate timely documentation using AI-powered EMR systems.

  • Participate in professional development and team training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)

  • Active Physical Therapy License in Connecticut (preferred; must be obtained prior to start)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)

  • Specialization in Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine or Sports Medicine a plus
  • Ability to commute or relocate to New London CT before start date

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in developing and executing personalized treatment plans

  • Proficiency with modern rehab technology and EMR systems
