Job Description
Overview: Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a modern SaaS platform that powers essential real-world industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex high-impact products from concept through deployment collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver solutions that customers truly value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services
- Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth
- Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Uphold high standards for code quality performance and maintainability
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset
Qualifications:
- 410 years of experience as a fullstack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program
- Proven track record of leading development for large-scale technically challenging products
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (React React Native) and backend frameworks ( MongoDB)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable making independent decisions in dynamic fast-evolving environments

Fee - 7.5% of salary (we get 45% of this fee) - terms 90 days

Mid level senior and staff level engineers for our client. Comp band ranges from $190k - $275k based on YoE and interview performance.
Experienced full stack engineer (410 years) with a top-tier school Computer Science degree strong technical fundamentals and balanced expertise in frontend UIs and backend APIs. Proven track record leading complex product development in high-caliber B2B SaaS teams ideally with both FAANG training and startup experience. Highly product- and user-focused with strong communication skills a founders mindset and the ability to make independent decisions in fast-moving uncertain environments.
