Test Support Specialist أخصائي دعم اختبارات
General Objective: To provide technical and organizational support to ensure the implementation of academic tests according to the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality through coordinating schedules preparing test environments and monitoring implementation in cooperation with relevant departments within the university.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Test Organization and Management: Coordinate the preparation and organization of final exam schedules and semester tests in coordination with academic departments. Coordinate the provision of halls and facilities necessary for implementing tests with quality and efficiency. Coordinate with the control team to organize the distribution of question forms and determine the number of supervisors.
- Technical and Logistical Support: Prepare technical and technological supplies for tests (devices cameras electronic platforms tablets). Contribute to supporting the implementation of electronic tests and ensuring system readiness. Provide immediate technical support during test implementation to address any emergency.
- Implementation Monitoring and Supervision: Monitor the progress of tests and ensure compliance with regulations and instructions. Document any observations or violations during test periods and submit reports accordingly.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with college deanship quality unit and student affairs to facilitate test implementation. Respond to inquiries from faculty members and students related to tests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Administration Technology Education or any related field.
Experience:
- Preferably (not required) at least one year of experience in test support or university test affairs.
Required Skills:
- High organizational skills and accuracy in task execution.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages speaking and writing.
