The purpose of this role is to identify new market opportunities expand the client portfolio and contribute to sales growth both nationally and internationally.
Prospect and acquire new B2B clients.
Promote the companys CNC machining products and services.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers; conclude contracts.
Monitor the market to identify trends and business opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure on-time quality deliveries.
Participate in industry events such as trade fairs exhibitions and business meetings.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in CNC machining (milling turning CNC centres etc.).
Bachelors degree preferably in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering etc.).
Solid knowledge of CNC processes materials tolerances and technical specifications.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Advanced proficiency in English or German (additional languages are an advantage).
Valid category B driving license.
