Job Description

Construction Business Development / Marketing position at large construction company

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits retirement package and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
  • Build organize and maintain CRM/business development database.
  • Provides meeting and logistics support for internal and industry events.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationship with building owners and general contractors.
  • Manage and review all client presentations and project requirements with team using marketing process.

Requirements:

  • Local
  • Stable work history.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • 3 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in construction.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field is preferred
  • Software knowledge in Microsoft Office among others CRM/Design Software are preferred.
