Position: Administrative Assistant - Special Education Records & Releases (Part-time)
Reports to: Director of Student Programs
Supervises: None
Qualifications:
Position Goal: Assist Special Education staff in releasing requesting and monitoring special education records.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Employment Terms: Twenty (20) hours per week nine (9) months per year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board. Benefits as established by Board policy.
FLSA Qualification: Non-Exempt

Occasional Requirements: Reach with hands and arms overhead above shoulder and horizontally; lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Visual Requirements: Close color peripheral depth perception ability to adjust focus.
Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate to exchange information.
