About the Role
Your mission is to identify validate and launch AI-powered products that deliver step-function value to customers. You will translate research breakthroughs into viable products by deeply understanding the customer problem space and creating evaluations that blend quantitative metrics with the product sense needed to judge the quality usability and performance of generative AI experiences. You will lead high-performing cross-functional teams of AI researchers engineers designers and communicate with extreme clarity to senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Masters degree
Built new products from the ground up in a zero-to-one agile environment.
Understand the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle (data collection to model deployment).

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano TX: $175500 - $200300 for Sr. Mgr Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
