Site Supervisor - Auburn MA
Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 3:00PM-11:00PM
Hourly Rate: $18.77/hr

This includes supervising personnel ensuring adherence to post orders and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
Training & Development: Train new and existing staff review post procedures and ensure team readiness.
Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
Incident Management: Respond to emergencies conduct investigations and file detailed reports.
Performance Management: Coach discipline and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.
Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
Administrative Support: Assist with payroll personnel documentation and report submissions.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).
Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
Reliable transportation and communication.
