Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nocturnist to join an established hospitalist team in Bridgeport Connecticut. This full-time permanent role focuses exclusively on inpatient care during night shifts and offers a supportive team-oriented environment.

Job Setting:
Work in a modern hospital equipped with advanced EMR systems 24/7 specialist consult availability and a collaborative hospitalist program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overnight inpatient admissions and cross-coverage
Ensure continuity of care and timely clinical decision-making
Collaborate with hospital staff nursing teams and on-call specialists
Utilize advanced EMR and diagnostic tools for patient management
Participate in hospital quality and safety initiatives

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with inpatient experience)
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
