Job Summary
Maintenance AgentTechnician
You perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.
- Must have a full working knowledge of all the hotels mechanical systems.
- Operation of the hotels BMS system.
- Take meter readings of natural gas fuel and water on a daily basis.
- Implement the trouble reporting system effectively.
- Implement the planned preventive maintenance system.
- Keep the engineering department logs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Execute the work order / request system properly.
- Patrol and inspect all areas of the hotel on a regular basis.
- Keep the work area clean neat and organized.
- Operation and maintenance of all the mechanical systems in the hotel.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Technical high school diploma.
- Must be technically competent.
- Must be computer literate with BMS experience.
- Sufficient reading writing and oral skills in the English language.
