You are the director of the catering department (restaurant bar and work/event spaces).
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.
You recruit supervise direct & coordinate all of the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.
You ensure compliance with the law youre watch at Mama is never over
You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years food and beverage management experience preferably in the luxury setting lifestyle resort.
- Extensive experience in restaurant bar banquet catering in room dining and kitchen management required
- Knowledge and experience with forecasting budgeting labor management and purchasing to ensure maximum productivity
- Ability to analyze forecast data and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control
- Creative inventive social media fan and outgoing personality.
- A strong understanding of operational controls budgeting event sales and advertising marketing
- Ability to train and develop team members
